  The room we stayed in was beautiful, cosy and very clean. The bathroom was spacious, clean and we liked the separate shower cubicle. Had an excellent meal and wine in the restaurant, the prices were good and the service efficient but unobtrusive. The building it warm, cosy and quaint without being dreary. Good qualityfood and drink was well served, from a nicely varied menu (with all theusual favourites, as well as a few new one's) Prices of Food / Drinkwere very competitive. Standard of Room was good and the place itselfwas full of Olde World Charm. We would certainly return again if we werein the area.

  We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and warm and made us tea on arrival which was badly needed. The hotel is beautiful and unique, spotless and the breakfast was one of the best we ever had. If we are in the area again we will be returning. The hotel is was very convenient as we were traveling from Newcastle and we were going to the... wat mensen zeggen » ferry in Cairnryan the next day so it was very close to the route that we were traveling on. - Very polite friendly and helpful host/staff,Beautiful bedroom/bathroom,lovely grounds,choice of Cooked Breakfast,Choices of Tea/ coffee in rooms,books and dvds in room.
