There were some basic toiletries (shower gel and shampoo attached to the wall) in case you forget your own. The room also had a fridge, which was a bonus. Despite being on the sea front and a busy road in a first floor room, it was very quiet - I could just hear the sea rolling on the shingle, which was nice to wake up to in the middle of the night And by an extraordinary coincidence, the hotel had taken over the one next door - so I was sleepi

  Tower House is a beautiful guest house. Each room is well equipped spacious and well designed with an individual feel. I was upgraded and the room was lovely with nice views and very comfortable. For my needs the location was excellent and very peaceful and relaxing. It had beautiful garden and conservatory and even a cat.   My wife and i stayed 4 nights at The Sea Spirit, and from the monet we got there enjoyed it all, Very friendly hosts, the rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well stocked with complimentry tea Coffee etc, Free wifi, The breakfast we had each morning was one of the best i have ever had, real fresh local food, Just a 15 minute walk ... wat mensen zeggen » to the sea front, so near enough to enjoy it, without all the noise of traffic and pubs clubs etc, normally associated with sea front. Also free parki - Lovely rooms and decor, very clean. Breakfast was excellent, I had veggie which was lovely and my partner had full English which she also really enjoyed. There was also the option of continental breakfast as well as other options such as Hastings kippers. The owners are great and make you feel very welcome and are extremely helpful. Lovely experience.

A 2 min walk down the brassey steps brings you on to the beach and the view of old Hastings pier. Only a 3 min walk to the shops in the center of Hastings. I Loved Everything about this delightful and homely guest house, almost like back home :) Rooms warmly decorated, comfortable and adequate bedding always well kept. Clean, fresh smelling sheets and towels. Greatest of all wonderful and kind hosts. Guest house is centrally located and just about 5 minutes walk to everything you need. I absolutely loved my stay here and I hope to be back sometime next year with my family.
