  The hotel staff were very friendly and informative. The impression was that nothing was too much trouble for them to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room we stayed in was excellent. The decoration and finish of the bedroom and the bathroom was of the highest standard.   Having an apartment after 4 hotel rooms was great. The design and finish of the whole building was excellent as was the location. Although virtually in the center of Harrogate it was very quiet with a beautiful park in front. Getting out of the town was very easy from this location too. The owner is very personable and helpful. It's super close to local amenities - supermarkets, bakery, etc and fantastic restaurants.
