  De prijs (was volgens mij een aanbieding, de helft van normaal) en het personeel, heel vriendelijk - The staff were very helpful the room was clean and well appointed it was in need of some decoration but overall that wasn;t a problem. I used the beauty therapy and was very pleased my husband used the spa faciliries and he enjoyed that. The food ... wat mensen zeggen » was excellent and well presented - The location in Harrogate was fantastic. The spa was excellent, the breakfast comprehensive and well presented. The staff were very friendly and professional in manner and appearance. The rooms were of decent size and the beds amazingly comfortable!!

  Good service,friendly staff and high quality standard of room with pleasant views, excellent breakfast and opulant reception rooms,very centrally located for main attractions of Harrogate town. We could not have asked for more.Excellent value for money. - Customer care was excellent.
