The proprietors were extremely welcoming and friendly - nothing was too much trouble for them. The standard of the room was high and it was clear that it had recently been refurbished due to the modern furnishings. The room was also very comfortable and cleaned to a good standard with fresh towels each day. We would also heartily recommend the breakfast which would always set us up well for the day ahead! Murray House is of a 5 star standard with a relaxed atmosphere. The facilities are excellent and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. There is a nice variety on the breakfast menu and the food is very good. I would recommend it to even the most discerning traveller. A big well done to Tracey and Co :-).
Location very close to exhibition centre.Which we went to.Nothing is too much trouble for Tracey and Neil the delightful owners.Very helpful with umbrellas,directions etc. Good size room,shower room/toilet,walk in wardrobe.Lovely breakfast selection fruit,cereal up to full Eng. cooked. Definately visit again!!!.
The owners went out of their way to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Very clean, a comfy bed, with a good variety of choice for breakfast. Far enough out of town for a quiet night, but close enough to walk to the shops, bars & town centre.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt like a real family run place. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There were lots of options for breakfast and you could order as much as you liked. We would definitely stay here again.
The shower was really powerfull and in the right temperature, very relaxing. The bed was really confortable, although the metal bed frame made it really noisy when moving while sleeping. Very friendly environment and received a warm welcome.
Very convenient location. Comfortable room though bathroom was small but with an excellent shower. The owners couldn't have been nicer or more obliging. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely use again.
The lady was very hospitable and attentive. She even sent me a text to confirm my arrival time. The room was very comfortable and it was cleaned daily. The bathrooms was also very clean. It was a very comfortable stay.

Excellent location only a walk away from the town centre. Spotlessly clean room with a very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast's were fantastic as were hosts. Would definatly recommend.
The Murray B & B was an excellent choice for our visit to Harrogate. It was so relaxing and a home from home. Great breakfasts and really helpful staff. Glad to recommend to anyone.

The area looks very nice but we were kept awake one night till 4am.
Wedding party next door and drunk smokers standing outside. Just wish
the owner of that property would have acted on it, bit ignorant of them.
