  The warm welcome from Francesca and her daughter Louise made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was excellent,and were treated with a lovely fresh fruit salad and a delicious cooked breakfast. Beautiful place to visit, to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Would highly recommend a stay here. The manager/owner seemed to take personal pride to ensure the satisfaction of his guests.   The staff were very welcoming. We stayed at the room we requested. Ms Angela was an amazing hostess and so was Mr Tony. The breakfast was quite decent. Fresh fruit, a mixture of retail and homemade jams, made to order english breakfast, cereal, yogurt, juices, tea/coffee. The room itself had a view to the river, the bath was a big nice room with ... wat mensen zeggen » a walk in bath and we had a nice decent size TV. There was also a kettle and sachets coffee and tea bags. The sound of the river in the evening was t - the room was comfortable and homely, excellent view from the window with the river just a few feet away, fishing was challenging and the small trout were numerous and good fighters. i had the time of my life catching them. the owner of Pound Court is a superb cook and the breakfasts were superb, she is very friendly and helped us in our travels around South Hams nothing was too much trouble for her Excellent in every aspect.   We found our whole experience of Cott Inn very comfortable, homely and friendly. The atmosphere of the building was fascinating, being hundreds of years old. The flower displays were beautiful and the food -both breakfast and evening meal was wonderful, beautifully presented and very tasty.
