  Lovely house with seperate entrance to rooms being able to come and go as you pleased. Extremely friendly helpful staff- very child friendly. Amazing cooked breakfast. Lovely large garden and ability to check in early was extremely helpful.   Great staff- nothing was too much bother, and they were very flexible and easy-going. Great food- able to cater for restricted diets. Room was very comfortable, much moreso than picture on web-site indicated it would be. There is not a whole lot to do on the farm, which is great if you just want to relax. There are some great local pubs, and Great... wat mensen zeggen » Dunmow (close by) is a very pretty village. Designer village (15 mins drive) is really great for any shopaholic. - I was stranded at Stansted Airport and was looking for a clean, affordable place to stay. Homeley Farms had great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. Not only did I not regret my decision, I am going back this week. Ree and Neil made me feel at home right away after a long and stressful trip. The breakfast was a huge bonus! And the history of the place adds value and charm. Definitely recommend!

  Wanted a base for the weekend just for relaxation and nice food. Originally looked around local areas but then found this hidden beauty with a fishing pond - a hobby my partner hasn't done for years. The cottages are large enough with a huge bed and perfect bathroom with walk in shower. There were a few animals on the farm but what do you expect?!... wat mensen zeggen » They were incredibly friendly and even made me overcome my fear of cats! They were as friendly as the warm owners. Breakfast was heavenly with most i - Absolutely everything! Room was excellent, clean & warm. Ensuite facilities superb, plenty of hot water and decent pressure. Hosts very helpful, friendly and breakfast was fantastic. It kept us going throughout the entire day, despite a hectic schedule! We were staying in Essex to find a rental property in the area. The hosts were really helpful in providing additional local information. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

  All - Our expectations were high and the accommodation exceeded them. Lovely tranquil setting in the garden, spacious comfortable bedroom. Thoughtful touches and a hostess anxious that our stay was everything we would wish it to be. All topped off in the morning with a delicious breakfast enjoyed in the country kitchen. Being set apart from the owner's house, within such lovely gardens was ideal for us. We were made to feel very welcome and hope to visit again soon. - My daughter and I had a great stay at Motts Bed & Breakfast. We are planning to go back there and stay longer. The breakfast is very nice, served in a homy atmosphere. The staff is very helpful. I warmly recommend this B & B to everyone traveling in that area.
