Staff were very helpful and were quick about dealing with any questions that I had to ask.
Hotel was quiet at night and I got a good nights sleep.
This is a really good value hotel: £40/night double and it was clean, the room was modern and comfortable.
Value for money. Good location near a subway station.

I didn't like that I paid for the WiFi and it didn't work. Other then that it was great.
Internet expensive to buy. Felt a bit too like I was inhibiting staying there, didn't feel like a hostel/hotel.
Also a bit far out.
TV did not work at times - poor signal
Too cold. heating does not come on till nighttime.

The staff were exceptionally rude. They woke us up demanding cash for the room a day before we were due to check out. The shower was broken and when I brought this to their attention it resulted in a full blown argument in the hallway. Quote "this is a guesthouse, you can't expect 5 star service". I just wanted a shower.
Everything was wrong about the place!!!.
