  The food was good & value for money, the room was excellent with the shower taking top billing from both of us. All the staff were attentive to your needs & requests, nothing was to much trouble for them. Overall it was a vey good week end, I will have no problem recommending the Bowes Incline to my friends - The restaurant was excellent... wat mensen zeggen » - large range of dishes to choose from. All well presented and good size portions. The Breakfast menu was also good with a wide range of choices and again well presented. The staff were really helpful. The rooms were of a good standard. We thought this was good value for money.

  I was given a free up grade as it was my wedding night. The room I wasgiven was fantastic. My new wife and I were more than pleased with theway we were treat. Thank you. - Excellent rooms which match a four star grade hotel. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Close to Metro Centre. Friends were upgraded to executive room.

  On arrival the man on reception was extreamly welcoming and thought the weekend all staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a lovely warm cosy feel which the extended into the room. The bed was extremely comfy with extra pillows stored in the room if needed. There were also extra towels and plenty of tea and coffee also supplied in the... wat mensen zeggen » room. I was slightly worried about noise due to reviews previously read but I can honestly say I didn't hear a thing though the night. Will stay here - Convenient to location. A little expensive going through letsbookhotel.com. Wish i'd have known before hand!

  the staff on the reception desk on both occasions (unfortunately I cant remember their names) couldn't be more helpful. they were friendly and very professional and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. the staff in the pub/restaurant were also very nice, welcoming and helpful. - Next to the motorway that takes you down to Durham, excellent.
