  We had our honeymoon in this hotel in 1972 and it was wonderful then. We returned some years later and were terribly disappointed to find the place so run down with many of the original features replaced or modernised. This time we came across it on Booking .com and saw from the website it was under new ownership and decided to try it again. We we... wat mensen zeggen » re greeted by friendly staff some of whom (as in most hotels) were not native english speakers but had a good command of the language and there were n - The location was spectacular. Right across from Loch Ness, tucked in close to some wonderful running and walking trails. Easy to get to and just 20 minutes from Urquhart Castle. Another must is the restaurant. Sometimes you look in other places, but the restaurant was phenomenal. The rooms are very nice with update bathrooms. The manager is really nice a personable, and made us feel right at home.

  We had a great time at Lundie View; owners Colin and Daniella were fantastic, so welcoming and friendly we did not want to leave! Our rooms were warm, welcoming, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Everything was provided including lovely toiletries. The buffet breakfast was huge, so much just for the 6 of us yum! I was happy with just the items... wat mensen zeggen » from the buffet especially the fresh fruit salad and warm croissant. My boyfriend had a selection of cooked breakfast from a la carte menu and it was
