  I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

  It is a suite hotel less than a ten minute walk from the main Railway Station and ten seconds off the Royal Mile. Our suite was actually a fully equipped apartment with dishwasher, microwave kitchen sink refrigerator and plenty of kitchen utensils.   Breakfast was good value - just over £8 for unlimited buffet (inc. cooked breakfast) and unlimited Costa coffee. My bedroom was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Location good - 5-7 mins walk to Princes Street and 10-15 mins walk to Royal Mile/castle. Haymarket train station 2 mins walk away - for trains to Glasgow (and to Waverley if ... wat mensen zeggen » you don't feel like doing the 20 min walk). Murrayfield and Tynecastle about 20 mins away by foot, if you're catching some sport while in Edinburgh. S - Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, everybody was friendly and polite and went out of their way. Location is super, 2 minutes walk from haymarket station and 15 walk into Edinburgh city centre. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.

  Mooie grote kamer met moderne faciliteiten. Heeft ook een mooie moderne badkamer. Rustig gelegen maar toch makkelijk om in het centrum te komen. - Rustige omgeving en toch dichtbij bezienswaardigheden. Goede bus verbinding naar het centrum was om de hoek aanwezig. Zeer ruime smaakvolle kamer. O ja, ik geloof dat er in de beoordeling stond dat het b... wat mensen zeggen » ed kort was. Dit was bij onze kamer ook inderdaad het geval, ik denk dat het net 2 meter lang was.

  Echt een keten-hotel. Dit gaat ten koste van de "gezellige" uitstraling die kleinere hotels vaak wel hebben. Ligging dicht bij het strand van Portobello. Ga daar zeker een kijkje nemen als je in dit hotel verblijft. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel. De dame aan de receptie gaf ons een plattegrond mee met daarop de kortste route naar zee. -... wat mensen zeggen » de locatie, het was echt 2 minuten van de snelweg. Ideaal!

  The staff were very polite and informative. The hotel is petite and cosy. The rooms are amazing with some great touches and are great to relax in if travelling on business or leisure. The location is brilliant.   The hotel building was very impressive, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was superb and the food was excellent. Ideally placed for us, as we were attending the March & Rally for Scottish Independence on Calton Hill that weekend. We only stayed two nights and didn't have time to use the spa/pool but it looked really nice. Beautiful room with all the expected facilities. I would recommend to everybody.

Though rooms were small, they were well appointed, efficiently arranged and meticulously kept. The staff was stellar, the restaurant exceptional and the location as perfect as could be. The bed was really comfortable (and huge), the hotel is in a good location with a quiet area nearby but the main town just minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers.   We had a perfect stay at the Apex International Hotel. Our room was fantastic with excellent views of the castle and was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended some great restaurants for us. We had a brilliant time in Edinburgh and the hotel was the icing on the cake.
