  We were very warmly welcomed by the owners. Our room was small and not very sound proof, but the other guests were very considerate and we slept very well indeed. I enjoyed sharing breakfast around a big table and chatting to the other guests and the owners. Breakfast was excellent. The farmhouse is right beside trails that take you off into t... wat mensen zeggen » he hills to explore. It's a very charming and quiet area. I tried the pool, which is very large compared to most rural hotels, and there was plenty - Sally and Tim are fantastic hosts and make sure your stay is as perfect as possible. The place is spotless and little extra touches like chocolates in the room and bottled water in the fridge add to the homely feel. The location between Barmouth and Harlech, overlooking the sea and within easy driving distance of many fabulous sites and monuments made for a wonderful break. Just what we wanted.
