Staying at James Cottage was like staying at the house of a friend or member of the family. What a wonderful older house with real character, an Michael giving us such a warm welcome to his home. Also 10 out of 10 for an excellent 'full Scottish' breakfast. Michael's parting phrase - "Haste ye back" ..... we'll be sure to call next time we're in Crieff.

We were staying here as a group of friends and family. We found the owner to be very welcoming and friendly. The rooms at the Victoria were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast before heading off home but have every intention of staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. Great value for money

Friendly and efficient staff made it a treat to stay here. No matter how many shifts they worked they were always efficient and went out of their way to help. Cosy lounge for pre and post dinner drinks. Spacious, comfortable bedroom with all the facilities you could want. A short hop to the Hydro if you felt more energetic and the same to the town

All staff were friendly and helpful.
Lots of different lounge areas available to relax in the hotel.
Food was also very good within the hotel.
Although the hotel was full, there was no noticable noise from other rooms.

We arrived quite late at night and despite a closed kitchen Yann and his wife prepared a lovely bite for us weary travelers as we caught up on the days' visits. They have a beautiful home with a limited number of rooms suited for both families, couples and friends traveling together. It's rare and great to see such a high level of service within a warm and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here when you're in the area!

The facilities were very god and comfortable. Carol and Charlie can only be recommended. Charlie the dog, is particularly welcoming for one of the canine variety. Overall would not hesitate to recommend overall.
