  The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. Fridge in room for own use and provision of fresh milk for hot drinks. Staff very friendly and down to earth while being professional at all times. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Easy 25 minute walk into Chester town centre.

  The staff were the most friendly and helpful staff in any hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hotels all over the world. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The food in the restaurant was good, reasonable and the staff went out of their way to provide customers with whatever they wanted if possible.... wat mensen zeggen » This was the best hotel we have stayed in - quietness of the hotel near the rooms. Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels ive visited in my carrer of a holiday rep!

He was friendly, helpful delightful to talk too.We arrived exhausted after an eventful day he was the most calming accommodating chap, nothing was too much effort for him.The room was excellent the bottled water and shortcake biscuits went down a treat. The breakfast was lovely ... wat mensen zeggen » served by two people who were so good at their job - We booked a midweek spa break and it was excellent - the room was huge and well appointed, we were spoilt for choice both breakfast and dinner and the food was cooked to perfection, the service couldn't be faulted and the spa treatments much appreciated. We would definately consider a return visit, but for more than one night next time....

  Hotel very clean and rooms were really nicely appointed. Electirc shower was a bonus and the sauna/steam room added to the experience. Staff were friendly and overall really enjoyed our stay. - Good value for money lovely staff, nice and clean, comfy beds, so handyfor bus to chester and excellent breakfast thanks v much

  I can't fault this place. Such good value for money, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The apartment is incredibly spacious, which was such a bonus as we had 4 small children with us. Despite being in the heart of the city and abutting a busy main road the apartment was incredibly quiet, and that comes from someone who is used to livi... wat mensen zeggen » ng in the middle of nowhere! The outdoor terrace was a huge bonus. We will definitely be returning in the future. - We stayed at the Chester Apartment for our sons graduation at the cathedral. What wonderful accomodation, very comfortable and excellent central location. Very close to the Mill Hotel, where we had a beautiful meal on the Canaletto barge restaurant, located at the hotel. Will be looking to book again in the near future.
