It met our needs exactly: a small, quiet, comfortable B&B with a
friendly hostess - happy to supply information if asked but not forcing
her company on us. Spacious bedroom, excellent breakfast. We'd
certainly go back if in the area and would recommend it to anyone.
BTW, I'm amused that the quoted review says "it's a short and pleasant walk into Bath city centre", given that Bath is 200 miles away and Green Gables is in Chester.... alle beoordelingen »
Lovely, clean B&B with friendly service and good value for money. Stayed one night in a twin room with my son as he had an exam early in the morning and the hostess couldn't have been more helpful while still being unobtrusive. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean! Facilities include Sky, free Wi-FI and parking. Tasty breakfast with plenty on offer. It is a 15 minute walk into the town centre.
Our room downstairs was clean and very comfortable and our breakfasts were delicious and nicely presented. Our hostess, Dorota was delightful and made us very welcome. We were pleased also to have on-site parking. The benefit of having a bus route closeby also made it easy to commute to the city if needed, or take a pleasant walk in, as parking in the city is a bit difficult.
Lovely clean rooms, friendly hostess well suited to her position. Close to buses and walking distance to town. Off street parking was also handy. Would stay here again.
It was ideally situated 10mins from the city centre. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hospitality was excellent and the breakfast was lovely.

Breakfast, cleanliness, friendly host,
location.
Very quiet and peaceful.
excelllent breakfast.
Efficiently run and all essentials provided.
The consideration shown by the proprietor.
Very pleasant host. Lovely breakfast.
friendliness & proximity to town centre.
Good position for access to centre.
Anyone at all horizontally challenged might struggle with the very
compact shower cubicle: plenty of wardrobe space but a couple of extra
drawers would not have gone amiss. Minor points really, this is an
excellent place to stay.
My sat-nav had difficulty finding the street.
Absolutely nothing!.
Sink in bathroom was a little small.
Nothing!.
Sign to put on /adjust central heating was placed high on the wardrobe door, which was difficult to read. We assumed that the central heating would be on automatically during the winter months.
Bed was a little soft for my liking.
Nothing.
Television was high on the wall resulting in stiff neck.
Nothing.
Student accommodation next door. Kept us awake until 3am having a late night party.
Our room was adjoined to next door. Other guests were not affected by the noise.
nothing.
Like all other accommodation in area raises price dramatically for race day weekends.
It's difficult to acess to wifi due to weak sigal at room 6.
