Cheltenham Art Gallery and Museum is a 10-minute walk away. The bars, cafés, restaurants and specialist shops in the pretty Montpellier area are within 15 minutes’ walk of Butlers. The Grade II listed Everyman Theatre is also 15 minutes’ walk away. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in each individually decorated room, which also includes a TV with a DVD player and an iPod dock. All rooms also have an en suite bathroom with free toiletries.

The staff were absolutely lovely at Butlers. I arrived late evening and they were very courteous and accommodating. I had a lot of luggage with me and the staff helped me up the stairs to my room with it. The room itself was gorgeous - lovely big bed, perfect ensuite, clean, tv, hair drier - everything you needed! In the morning the breakfast was really good and when checking out the staff arranged a taxi for me. They also allowed me to keep my suitcases at the hotel for the day while I was out.
alle beoordelingen » Quite simply one of the best places we have stayed in ever. From the moment of our arrival until the time we left, Guy and Robert and their team made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The room and facilities was first class, the public areas likewise, the breakfasts quite special and the location/ parking availability perfect for exploring Cheltenham and the surrounds. Highly recommend. Massive bed (I want that bed!), massive shower, fantastic decorations, incredible hosts, filling and delicious breakfast, fast easy wifi, parking. Good location to drive around and explore the Cheltenham area. Cannot wait to come back to the UK, will definitely make a stop at Cheltenham and book myself in again. We stayed for 2 nights and we would recommend Butlers to any one. We stayed in the garden room which was a little dearer but well worth it The owners were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you The breakfast was enjoyable and when we go to Cheltenham next we will be staying at Butlers again. Butlers is an excellent and very stylish small hotel (bed and breakfast?). The single room I stayed n was perfect for my needs. The overall quality of all the rooms and furnishings I saw is amazing. The breakfast was one of the best I have had. Overall this is one of the nicest places at which I have stayed. The owners of Butlers were very warm and accommodating. The decorations at the Butlers was tastefully done and transport you to old England, perfect stay whilst visiting Cheltenham. Guy was also very helpful by providing information on touring Cotswolds. Also, given the incredible quality of the breakfasts it's a shame the hotel does not provide any full or half-board option. none. Couldn't find fault at all. Not a lot to dislike! Um, no can't think of anything ;). Nothing. It was a bit far from the train station, though it only took 15 minutes on foot. impossible to find something negative. nothing. Small bath towels - needed to be a size bigger (and we are not big people). Lack of toiletries - at least an individual bar of soap. 10.30 check out is a little early. Only thing I can find to criticise was that the light over my bed was not working!. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. nothing!. nothing not to like......... All good no problems. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing!!. It can't be described as a hotel more serviced rooms.
