The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

Modern hotel. Niet grote, doch prima ingerichte kamers. Prima service en goede bedden. Goed bereikbaar - De hotel kamer en service was in zijn geheel behoorlijk goed, maar de badkamer stonk. Ik heb er verder niks van gezegd, maar was niet zo prettig. De prijs en locatie is ook prima.

Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable. I liked the fact that it was located so close to the city that I couldeasily walk to major tourist attractions. Close to town only 5 pounds in a taxi, the apartment was big enough for the 6 of us , clean had everything we needed. Arun the man who met us with the keys was fantastic.. We were on a leisure trip. I person who received us was very nice and friendly. Bed rooms, bath room, kitchen were clean and tidy. Location of the property is great too. Not much far from the city. A pub near the propertry has made the place cool. The price of the property is a bit expensive. Overall good experience. Would recommend others too.

We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent, with some healthy options. We were allocated a massive double room, (which was also designed to accommodate any disabled guests with wheelchairs) The bathroom was also very spacious indeed - and was a wet room style, with a very efficient shower. The hotel is very conveniently located for the major shopping precincts.

Hotel is in a good location for Cardiff City Centre. It's clean, with friendly staff, so I think is great value for money. I took my daughter to The Dr Who Experience, it was only 15mins drive and good eating places nearby if you don't fancy being on the roads with the Cardiff mad drivers! -

i had a great stay here, the hostel and rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly, what more can you ask for from a hostel. the location is great, just a few mins walk from the city centre and the free breakfast in the morning was a nice touch

We have stayed here several times as it so convenient to walk into Cardiff City Centre without having to use the car. The location is great and having the Restaurant on site is a bonus. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were great and listened to my complaint about being woken early by the noise made by a "Party" returning at 4.30am !!
