  It was one of the best Best Western Hotels that we have stayed in, lovely building and very clean and in good decor and the staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful, would definitely book this hotel again - The staff were very accommodating, they arranged for an early book in and when I requested room service ... wat mensen zeggen » they were happy to accommodate my request even though it was not a specific menu item.

  Well presented and maintained hotel, includes great breakfast. Close to boutique shops and train station within 15min walk. One of the best hotels we visited on our 3 week UK tour. The air conditioning worked well and was easy to control. There's a good ambience around the place, and it was a pleasure to have a meal in the bar. The next day breakfast was good with excellent coffee.

The train station is literally over the road and it takes 25mins to london waterloo east station. Clean comfortable room and good continental breakfast. Ideal location opposite train station, enabling us to make our entire journey from Doncaster to Beckenham, for the purpose of a family reunion, by public transport.

  My room despite having a average floor plan had an incredible feeling of space due to the high ceilings and huge sash window overlooking the gorgeous gardens. The fire alarm went off at around 05:15, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the thorough checks they carried to the building before confirming it was a false alar... wat mensen zeggen » m and allowing us back to our rooms at around 05:30. - The staff were really welcoming and friendly, especially Paul. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and shall be back. The room was smal but did us well. We shall look at booking one of the newly refurbished ones next time.
