The hotel staff were all very friendly and very efficient and gave excellent and professional customer service at all times. Although the bath... wat mensen zeggen » room was quite small - the actual bedroom was quite spacious and the bed very comfy! - We only stayed one night but the room was as we expected and only a short walk from pubs and resturants, staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a drink in the hotel bar. The breakfast was great, big selection.

  To start off I would say that you cant find a better location, a better sized and CLEAN room in this price, barring you plan and book atleast 2 months in advance. I had a wonderful stay here with my family (my infant daughter included). The rooms are very spacy considering the average size of rooms in the UK, are cozy, the bathroom is large with all the ame - Totally love this hotel. Located in a peaceful street. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My father left his phone in the room after we checked out and only realised about it when we arrived at the Bristol airport. I called the receptionist and she quickly run upstairs to the room and search for the phone. She kept the phone safe for us until my friend claimed it on behalf of us. And also we got a discount for our room rate upon arrival. What a great service they provided. Althoug

  It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. The family room was big enough for us and also accommodated a cot, and the bathroom was also large and spacious. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Supplying us with tea and toast at five A.m for an early start. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and well equipped . It would make a perfect airport hotel or for a longer budget stay For visiting Bristol and surrounding area.
