  We spent one night with our daughter in a Drayton Court Hotel. 2 minutes walk from the West Ealing railway station (Closed on Sunday), Zone 3 Oyster can be used. The Hotel was safe and clean. We liked the design and the quality of the materials used for the interior. The coffee and the hot chocolate in the room were nice and I was impressed with... wat mensen zeggen » the fresh milk provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness centre and the swimming pool, sauna and steam cabin ( EDEN centre just af - +Location very close to the r/w station, but if you have to travel frequently to London, it's not very convenient to stay so far away from London +Staff is really great, have not met such a service in any of the hotels in London where I stayed before (and I do visit London very often) +Super nice breakfasts - will never forget that wonderful taste +The hotel shares the building with the pub, though this would not be appreciated by everyone, but has been an interesting experience for me + Beau

The room was very elegant, and provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London (oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business when we came back to the hotel.

  We loved the building and decor, and the location was absolutely perfect. We always choose hotels with openable windows (rather than air conditioning) where possible, and this one met that criteria too. We slept well and it was quiet - no disturbances from other guests or from outside. The breakfast was also great, and the staff friendly. The staff are friendly and the public bar has a comfortable feel and good ambiance. Although no car park you can park on the side streets from noon until 10am the next day for free.

  Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. Plenty of restaurants 5 mins walk away and lots of discount ... wat mensen zeggen » incentives in the hotel bar and restaurant. - The ladies and gentlemen on the reception were all very friendly and helpful. I will come back.

  Hotel was clean, modern and very good value for money. Our room, although not huge, was adequate in size for two people. The bathroom was clean and modern, with one of the best showers I've seen in a hotel. Premier Inn pride themselves on their guarantee of a good night's sleep; not that I had a bad night during our 14 night stay, but such a thing... wat mensen zeggen » is relative since nothing beats one's own bed. Room hvac system worked reasonably well. The hotel is spotless, even down to the stair case, which is - Location was good, either 7 /8 minutes walk to Richmond Tube / Train Station and just a bit further into town shops etc. Bus stops in either direction normally straight outside, although when we where there the one into Richmond was out of use due to engineering works. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Drinks in bar (well at least the beer / lager) was cheaper than any pubs we went in in Richmond , Twickenham, Brentford or Chiswick. Had pizza from restaurant on Saturd

  The polite and accommodating staff. They provided all our needs (including securing football tickets) and pointing us in the correct direction when we inquired. The facilities were fantastic and modern; very comfortable beds and wonderfully soft towels.The location of the hotel was great. We were on a relaxing holiday in London for the first time... wat mensen zeggen » , so the neighbourhood's activeness was just what we need. We ate at a different restaurant every evening (we stayed eight nights) and socialized with - Ultra modern facilities. Tastefully decorated rooms, very comfortable and welcoming. Most importantly, very quiet and peaceful throughout stay- no unwelcome noise in the hallway or from other rooms. Very good restaurant- lovely breakfast. Very polite, helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location to tube station and shops.

  The location is excellent just about 30 min from Heathrow and close to Ealing Broadway underground with connections to central London. Bus service right infront of the hotel. Also some nearby Halaal food restaurants was a big plus for us. The quadruple room was good for a family with small kids. Hotel staff was very helpful as they addressed your ... wat mensen zeggen » concerns. Our room had a strange smell , but when we complained, it was changed within few minutes. Breakfast was good, although same menu everyday. W - The hotel was great. We booked more than half a year in advance and the price was quite convenient. Room was large and clean and included tea/coffee facilities. The the bathroom was perfectly spotless. The personnel was friendly and helpful. You get all you need in this hotel. Breakfast was also plentiful. All-in-all, a very nice hotel. Plus, the neighborhood was very nice with a lot of shops, terraces and restaurants nearby.
