  The relaxed atmosphere and beautiful setting and indeed the Hotel. The ppeople were great so accomodating, they let me leave the car in the car park when we chequed out! would use this hotel again, oh and the breakfast was great too...Thank you - Great location, close to seafront, quite, beautiful Victorian house, well maintained, nice staff, beau... wat mensen zeggen » tiful garden, great wireless internet, it's like travelling to the past with the benefits of the present.

  Na ontvangst in het Kings Langley hotel (erg aardige eigenaar!) bleek dat wij kamers hadden in het zusterhotel, Riviera. Prachtig gelegen, met uitzicht op zee. Eigenlijk nog beter dus dan het orginele hotel! Het personeel deed alles om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken, kaas bij het ontbijt?   The most outstanding feature of this hotel is the owner who makes you feel as if you were staying with a friend. I had an ensuite shower in my room which was tucked in quite well, making the most of the space but the bathroom for rooms without facilities was nearby and looked very nice. The décor is done in 'Beach' style which is very pleasant. ... wat mensen zeggen » The room and public spaces were very clean. The breakfast was lovely. The location is ideal for local shops, gardens and beach and for bus stops to - Top place, extremely nice lady owner, highly recommended. Very very large room (I had a double with my daughter), nicely furnished, Bathroom was in the hallway, but privat, a little bit awkward, I would have preferred en suite, there was a sink in the room, though. WiFi worked. Enough parking space along the streets. Very quiet residential area, bus stop 3 min away, 5-10 min walk to Boscombe Pier (beach), just perfect. I would definitely book again.

  we stayed at the waterside B&B for two nights - the location is ideal and extremely close walk to the beach. we stayed in the standard room which was spotless, bed very comfortable and hot running water as well as cable TV .. what more could you ask for! Big choice of breakfast and Pual and Sheila were so friendly and welcoming .. nothing was ... wat mensen zeggen » too much trouble for them .. gave us so many lovely suggestions on things to do, and places to visit and restaurants etc and every single suggestion w - Sheila and Paul have a well run hotel with tastefully decorated rooms. Their breakfasts are generous and fresh with healthy options as well as traditional English breakfast. They are very nice hosts who go out of their way to help their guests with good Tourist information. All in all my sister and our four Children had an exeptionally enjoyable stay at the Waterside and we can´t wait until the next stay.
