  We stayed one Sunday night in the hotel in late August, to avoid having to drive on the bank holiday Monday to Butlins where we were having a longer break. We checked in with the most welcoming, helpful and informative receptionist I've ever encountered in a hotel. Such a pleasant arrival - he gave my daughter colouring in pages and some crayons,... wat mensen zeggen » remembered her name, and told us about an event in the local town that evening in case we wanted to go, plus booked us a table in the restaurant appe - Avery walm welcome registering at the hotel . The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we required . we had breakfast in the lounge area of the hotel . Everything was fresh , very good service and food and choice offered

  the hotel was spotless very clean,comfortable staff very friendly and so polite.The value you could not fault I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.the stay was superb.I had two elderly relatives with me and as pre requested their rooms had walk in showers,we were all very impressed well done and a big thank you for such a enjoyable 5 day ... wat mensen zeggen » break.We would definately go back top marks all round. Bob morgan, Bristol. - Spacious bedroom with sea views, fitted out with modern, comfortable furniture which included a small table and two chairs. Although on the seafront, the hotel was situated at the quiet end of Bognor with a park close by. Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. Excellent ensuite facilities which included a 'walk-in' shower. Plenty of staff always in attendance and more than willing to help, if necessary.

  Staff were excellent, at all levels. Young Polish lad, our waiter across two days' of meals, was extremely good- courteous, attentive, good humoured & fast. The gardens (looked after by just 1 guy, I think) also excellent- beautifully maintained. Location excellent- the building is set back from the road & thus quieter. 24-hour desk covera... wat mensen zeggen » ge is always re-assuring. Food plentiful & excellent- massive breakfasts for we Northerners(!), & good, traditional cooking- did speak to Chef - Staff were very welcoming and polite. Rooms clean and adequate for our short stay. Bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep. As we arrived at lunchtime we were expecting the bar to be open (as indicated on the web) for coffee & snacks. Unfortunately nothing was available until dinner that evening. A short rather windy walk took us to the nearest Chippy. The hotel location was excellent being set back from the road, but with good sea view. Would definitely book again.
