  The cleanliness, warmth and comfort of the hotel. The friendliness of the bar staff and the local people drinking in the bar. The quality of the food. The hotel staff were both friendly and very helpful. I intend to stay in the area, on a regular basis, for some time and see no reason to look further than this hotel for my accomodation - Everythi... wat mensen zeggen » ng's great - staff are nice, room is clean and comfy, breakfast is perfect, location is gorgeous. There's a pub in the hotel - and also a pub and few cafes on the same street. There seem to be no other options there in Blaenau-Ffestiniog (I haven't seen other hotels around) - but even it's true, this one is perfect.
