  The atmosphere as soon as you enter the foyer, the reception area and our room were all extremely pleasing! We loved our room, on the 12th floor, very roomy, great views, great kitchen area for having pre dinner drinks with friends! We would definitely stay again! - Everything was pristine, service excellent, food good and plentiful. The location... wat mensen zeggen » had obvisouly been very recently opened and a lot of thought has been put into the facilites and decor. I would definitely recommend.

  The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

  The hotel was in a great location, we stayed there not only for that, but also because it looked great for the money. We weren't wrong, the facilities are excellent, staff very helpful, and the room we had was exceptional, much better than your boring Premier Inn. As we had our 1 year old with us, we'd requested a cot, this hadn't been communicat... wat mensen zeggen » ed to the hotel via letsbookhotel.com, however the staff were more than happy to source one and brought it to our room within minutes, very impressed - Ive stayed in many hotels in the centre of Birmingham but for me this hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret not paying to stay here

  The hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from New Street Station and is ideally located near to Broad Street, Gas Street, The Mailbox , New Street and The Basin. We stayed in a Queen Club room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The room was very modern in its design and interior decoration. The bathroom was very modern and the shower ha - The staff couldn't help you enough,. Hand on heart the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time. I stayed in the queens room, which I got on letsbookhotel.com at a cheap rate ( just like the ad, ha ha but true) . With the queens room the continental breakfast was free, fresh and in the executive room. Which was calm cool and quiet. I hear the full cooked breakfast was £25 pounds, but I was happy with the range of fresh bread , ham on the bone, cheese, and all the bits you would expect.
