This hotel is a must if you are staying in Birmingham. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, cosy and clean room, delicious buffet breakast and great location to the city centre. Highly recommended.

Great breakfast, location ( walking distance to Villa Park), friendly receptionist/waitress, price!
We were able to leave the car parked the day we left at a price of 3 pounds instead of taking car to Villa Park.
The room and bed were clean , as was the shower and toilet. This is what counts when you want a bed for the night!!!! -

Value for money. Couldn't find a cheaper but good and clean hotel to spend a couple of nights in Birmingham. Internet was good and it was free. Tv was also good with variety of channels. me and my husband stayed for a family wedding for 5 nights.the staff were very accomodating,friendily and welcoming.when we arrived it was a hot day so they upgraded our double room to a much cooler and bigger room a family room with more space.very useful as we stayed 5 nights!the room had lovely big shower and even luxury bathrobe!The owners hel

The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I liked the large car park at the back which is locked at night by a garage style door. It is very convenient. The bus stop to the city centre is nearby and the buses are frequent. I was staying to visit my husband in hospital and there is a bus straight to the QE about 10 mins walk away. There is a small Tesco opposite and a Post Office about 400m away.

Vriendelijk hotel; erg gastvrij - We liked the sweet most helpful lady who ran the hotel. We were made to feel at home. Our room was comfortable and so very clean. We slept so well. Breakfast was just perfect, we were full. We would recommend the hotel very highly. - Helpful personnel, good breakfast, cosy and large room.
