  We stayed at the White House because we were going to gardeners world live at the NEC which was only minutes away. We stayed in the family room and we were not disappointed; large, clean and comfy beds and two bathrooms to boot, fantastic! The breakfast was great certainly fills you up. Thank you for a great stay. - Carolyn the owner is so helpful. she makes you feel 'home from home'. Breakfast is wonderful, full english highly recommended. we used the b & B for one night, before flying from Birmingham. carolyn kindly let us leave the car there for four day, short taxi ride to the airport. all in all a great place to stay and a great service. many thanks

  Everything! We had a fabulous welcome. We arrived early, and even though they were busy with breakfasts for other guests, we were given a pot of tea to welcome us and were allowed to check in straight away. The accommodation was perfect: clean, cosy and self-contained, with a lovely garden and a quiet, picturesque location. The service was second-... wat mensen zeggen » to-none, and nothing was too much trouble. We were ferried both to and from the NEC, which saved us worrying about transport. Even after we checked ou - The owners are really kind and helpful. They even offer to pick you and even take you to the airport, train station and even the NEC. Enjoyed our stay there had a delicious breakfast and were even offered a packed lunch to take with us for our return flight. It's a homely environment with clean rooms. Suggest the place to whoever wish to stay in a quiet yet homely envirinment :)

  Very friendly welcome, helpful staff, spotlessly clean room, large choice of teas/coffees in room, bottled water replenished daily, good quality toiletries including toothpaste - very useful! Powerful shower, bathrobe and lovely soft towels. Fabulous breakfast in lovely bright conservatory room. Not the weather to go in the garden - but looked ver... wat mensen zeggen » y nice from the window! A very pleasant stay -would definitely recommend. - Julie and her sister were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. It was very handy for the N.E.C., with a bus stop just round the corner. The railway station has free parking, and is a short drive away, making it easy to get into town or to the exhibition/conference centre and airport. We would visit again without hesitation..

  A very homely, comfortable guest house. The owners, Stan and Jo are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious, as was the vegetarian spread they did for my son. It is only a 5 minute bus journey to the NEC, so a perfect location if you're going there. If you're looking for a posh hotel with mat... wat mensen zeggen » ching everything, then this isn't for you, but I really liked it. I would definitely stay there again. - I've a short but very pleasant stay at Joe And Stan's. It is cozy and lovely. I received friendly welcoming and the best hospitality. It was a safe place for a lone businesses woman like me. The bed was good and the breakfast was excellent. I surely will go back again next time I'll be in Birmingham. Thank you for making me feel like home.
