  The location and especially the lawn/gardens at the rear - a real delight in the spring/summer. A real treat for our bedroom (112) to look out on the gardens. The seat on the window(sill) was a particular plus. Breakfast was good - liked the idea of cooked breakfast to order - dining area so light and welcoming. Breakfast was really good with a lot of selection of choices and meals in evening and were very reasonable in price as were bar drinks in prices as well. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable and quiet.

  Vriendelijk personeel. Prima slaapkamer goed ontbijt. De ligging van dit hotel is perfect De afstand naar Harwich is slechts drie kwartier. De nabijheid van Tesco vestiging en waar je ook je pinnen ideaal als je net in GB aankomt. Ipswich is een hele leuke winkelstad.
