  The room was excellent - cosy and clean with a marvellous sea view. The fish on the menu was really good and the breakfast choice extensive and very well prepared. Staff all very friendly and efficient. Despite the parking problems, the location is excellent: a genuine cliff top location with good views and only a short walk to the beach.   A lovely, well presented & maintained B&B situated in the heart of Beer. Ideal for spending a few days exploring the local area. Simon is very friendly & has an excellent knowledge of East Devon.Always willing to help & nothing is too much trouble. The Breakfasts were outstanding we would recommend Beer and especially the Belmont House for mini breaks and long holidays so much to see and do .
