  The Seagate has just opened for business this year and this was my first visit, but not my last. I was very happy with the friendly staff and my room was first class just has well as a 4 Star hotel. The food was very well presented, i thought the menu was a bit pricey but i was not disappointed with my evening meal. You will not regret staying at ... wat mensen zeggen » the Seagate and like me will return again and again. - Everything! A good renewal of a once-failing harbour-side pub, and no longer a place to avoid. 1st class staff, excellent food, great rooms (especially #1 which has a HUGE bed!!) A great place that will only bring business to Appledore. The owners are really pleasant and the place is dog-friendly! Go and enjoy!

  The peace - I thought the hotel was very good value. The cooked breakfast was excellent. Unlike some of the previous reviewers I found the staff very helpful.
