Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location. We had three rooms, one
with disabled access for my parents, one family room for my brother, his
wife and two youg children plus a third for my husband and I. All rooms
had been allocated close together on ground floor. Noted how quiet it
was despite busy road and tram outside. Good parking. Restaurant very
good with plenty of choice and meal deals available including breakfast.

This must be the flagship hotel in the Premier Inn chain...I Understand
it has been open for around four years yet it looked as thought it had

Amazing staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. They were lovely and very helpful. I couldn't stay for breakfast and one particularly lovely man in the restaurant insisted on making me a bacon sandwich to take to the station with me. Wrapped in tinfoil, even had the bread lightly toasted to keep it firm, so thoughtful. He also put a few little muffins in the paper bag in case I wanted something sweet. Good sized room, clean and comfortable. Bar food meal we had was really delicious and on an offer of 2 mains for £10. This was the cheapest and tastiest meal in our 10 day tour (and we had had some really great meals). Bath and toiletries good.. -

the staff were very helpful and friendly and the young girl who was working on Friday 29th evening on reception couldn't do enough for us I was very impressed,just something simple like my wife fancied a hot chocolate on the night time and she gave us some of her own,i find things like that make a difference,would stop again. -

The rooms were a nice size and clean if a little stuffy as we didn't use air con as we both have asthma but the breakfast was great the staff very helpful it was in a convenient spot to our family who we went to visit we had s lovely comfortable bed and pillows overall I would give u 8 out 10 . -
