we arrived at the hotel early and did not expect to be given a room until later in the day. The front desk staff (Justin) went out of their way to find us a family room. the room was very clean and had all amenities. the hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Luton terminal and there is great value for money in staying at this hotel in lieu of sleeping uncomfortable in the airport overnight. also, there could also be cost benefit in returning a hired car a day earlier and staying in the hotel

Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful (contrary to what other people say), always willing to help and offer directions/advice etc.

greeted by lovely staff who assisted our check in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Tea and coffee....pub two minutes from hotel, airport 5 minutes from hotel. Early morning call prompt, greeted again in the morning and wished well on our holidyas...Lenny was so right..........perfect....x

Schone vrij ruime kamer met genoeg badhandoeken en een zeer groot bed - The convenience of the location as we were across the road at ourwedding reception so it was easy to get to when the evening had ended. - The staff in reception were very helpful and friendly. Everything, security very good, parking was easy, food superb, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bright, spacious, nice view over the water. We were very impressed and will certainly use Premier Inn again, in fact we are planning a tour of Hereford, Worcester & Gloucester and will use Premier Inns for B & B.

With 19 month twin boys we was so happy to find our room situation at the end of corridor on the ground floor and heard no noise what so ever as often in places near airports theres lots of traffic noise and doors slamming from other guests who are departing throughout the night. Excellent to have free wifi
