  We arrived earlier than planned but our room was ready so we booked in (no extra charge for this as Travelodge do). Room was quite large and comfortable. £50 (including the all you can eat breakfast) was great value, especially compared to other lodges, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The Toby Carvery is also great value, we thoroughly... wat mensen zeggen » enjoyed our stay. - Staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The carvery on the evening was well priced and delicious, the breakfast was also very good! The room was lovely, a full sized kettle. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk. Beds were comfy. Tv had a good selection of channels and a brilliant picture. The cost of the stay was very good, all in all we would stay there again!

  It was very friendly without being intrusive, felt relaxed, location was perfect, breakfast although it said was continental, was more than enough choice. Over the past 20yrs I've eaten in the pub/restaurant many times but had never stayed in the hotel before. I will definatley being staying there again, i hope very soon. I enjoyed my stay there v... wat mensen zeggen » ery much and the staff were all lovley. - The staff could not do enough for you. We needed sheets for the pull out bed and the young lad came up made the bed and was a really nice lad. We had our evening meal and breakfast there which was lovely and plenty of choice for the fussiest eater. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well.

  The staff were attentive and friendly nothing was to much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable looking over the Park and very quite. The adjoining restaurant was very Honest. We will visit again sometime - Very friendly staff, good value hotel, great breakfast. Bathrooms could do with refurb in due course but spacious and clean.

  Excellent facilities, very helpful staff, the room (19) was very comfortable with HD TV, the shower in the bathroom was vey powerful, the food was very good, unfortunaltly I can't comment on the breakfast because I had to leave before 7.30am. Since my last visit 6 years ago the improvement to the rooms and the general decor has been updated to a good standard. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped.

  What a lucky find we had at Hillside House, such a friendly family team, who make you so very welcome. Our room was a delight, quite large with a large bathroom, with both shower and bath.   The welcome was superb, complimentary drinks mini bar and chocolate bar. I know it doesn't sound like much but those little touches really do make a stay more memorable. The staff were very helpful and the iPad they give you on check in was a superb addition. Location is great, The po - This is without a doubt one of the coolest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere is efficient but laid back . The hotel had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and the fitness facilities although not extensive were adequate. The room was well equipped and a good size (we stayed in a superior room). The bed was really comfortable. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was really tasty with good choices

  Was upgraded from executive double to executive suite on arrival which was a nice surprise. The decoration and facilities in the room were superb, one of the best rooms that I have ever stayed in. When booking the hotel I was expecting a very staid environement and was pleasantly suprised by the contemporary feel to the hotel. - Staff were exceptio... wat mensen zeggen » nal.
