De ambiance en de service was zeer professioneel - We had an overnight stay in order to catch an early morning flight next day, It was convenient to the airport, very clean and comfortable. When I arrived it was a bit far out from nottingham as my grandchildren
where going to a concert and the lady behind the desk tryed to move us
nearer but it was full they were lovely and friendly so I was more than
happy we stayed there -

Staff so friendly. You were made to feel so welcome and everything was explained clearly. There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Everywhere was spotless.
