  Good location for Aberystwyth and attractive hinterland. Quaint and very well appointed B&B, great breakfast and John is a superb host - very friendly, accommodating and informative. Could not fault anything. We had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay and will certainly revisit and recommend to our friends. Superb service! - The B&B was less than 2 miles from the event venue I was visiting and the proprietor was very friendly and accommodating, making personal arrangements for breakfast times and menu. It was a lovely B&B with easy off-road parking. I even took one of the leaflets to recommend to work colleagues for work or leisure visits.

  A lovely Quiet location, comfortable bed, large rooms and superb food. Breakfast is highly recommended and the evening meals really are to Michelin standard - one of the best meals I have had for a very long time, - Lovely room with glorious views. From arrival into the car park conceierge came to collect our luggage. This was taken directly to our room. We had a mini tour of the hotel and grounds. How the equipment in the room worked such as coffee maker which was plentiful. Staff were so professional nothing too much trouble. Service was fantastic and any request made with

  Everything! I thoroughly enjoyed my six-night stay. My room was spotless, the guest house both friendly and quiet, and breakfast delicious--I especially liked the cherry tomatoes, cheese, croissants, and fruit. Julian, the proprietor, and Marlena, who helped him, were gracious hosts. They gave me a grand tour of the new B&B, down on the wat... wat mensen zeggen » er front, which just opened on July 1st. All thanks for a wonderful visit. It was perfect for the reason I went to Aberystwyth--to do research at the - Good room. Great breakfast. Excellent service. I was very late coming in from Falmouth, Cornwall. At 7.30 pm, 30 minutes before the latest check-in time of 8.00 pm I was still in Bristol, more than 3 hours drive from Aberystwyth. I phoned the house and informed that I would arrive 11.00 pm and Marlena, the housekeeper said no problem, she could wait for me. I arrived 10.50 pm, and Marlena opened the door after just one press of the door bell.

  We stayed in a deluxe double room which was spacious with a four poster bed and jacuzzi bath. We had a sea view room which was beautiful. If you are going to stay at this hotel we highly recommend you pay the extra £20 a night for a deluxe room. Have stayed in several hotels in Aberystwyth and will definitely be booking at the Marine Hotel next time we visit our son at the University - The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The sea view from the room was one of the best we have ever had. Throughout the hotel, it was clean and in good decorative order. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Just far enough outside Aberystwyth to be peaceful, yet close enough to get a pizza delivered (and local calls are free from the phone in the kitchen).
