  The suite that we were given along with the staff were superb. So good infact that I can name each and every member there. They knew who I was from the first day to the last catering to my every need and request. Guvenc was the front office manager who made special arrangements for me.   We really stayed very short at the hotel (about 10 hrs) and there are no major likes or dislikes. As far as we observe, personnel very kind and helpful and rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is literally "one step away" from shopping outlets.   Very good hotel. Well it's a bit far from Ataturk Airport, however if you have your business around Atasehir or Asian side in general, I believe it's very well located. It's situated next to O2 highway thus u can easily connect to main road and reach your destination. Spa is not extravagant but extremely effective and clean.   The hotel is really good. Location perceft especially if you go to Uludag mountain. It's on the way. Hamam is really nice and rooms are comfortable. Had a good relax while staying there overnight. - The best thing is hamam build by Imperor Ustinian (ancient Roman Empire). Still working ))
