  The staff was amazing, happened to be there during the riots on taksim square and the staff was very professional, reassuring ang accommodating. Also it was great to be in an area less touristic than the famous sultanamet and we discovered a lot by just wandering around the beyoglu area. Despite the location and the riots going on, the hotel was v... wat mensen zeggen » ery quiet. - staff were ausume, frienly, well speaking english and helpfull. location was the best, in heart of best live street of city ,in Isteglal st. very good breakfast, they upgrade our reservation to suit with no eaxtra charge as was low season yet. safe box in front desk and they kept our luggage for 5 days till we came back of our local trip.

Room was cosy, clean and comfortable.

  I selected this hotel after reading Alisa and Neville reviews, and I would say both were very well defined. Thanks for your valuable input, I just want to thank Seres hotel staff and special thanks to Mr. Sedet. Great location, close to main attractions. The hotel was very clean and the staff made you feel welcome. Wide choice of breakfast, served on terrace with superb views over Bosphorus and the city. Friendly, efficient staff; clean modern facilities. Although located on tram route, street noise was not a problem.

  I stayed there last year also, I saw that they renewed the rooms totally. its a 3 star otel but i can say sometimes you feel you stay in 5 star hotel. location is very good. close to metro and buses. staff helps alot for the parking. I like it very much. - The hotel is located in a quiet street near the city center. Besides, the access to the subway is easy. The hotel was recently renovated. It’s also nicely decorated and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful, though with little understanding of English. The breakfast is very good and the variety satisfies all tastes. We were very satisfied with our stay.
