Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again. The atmosphere was super nice, quiet and comfortable and we felt at home from the very 1st second we entered the door where Emir welcomed us. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room. The appartment is located in an old house near the Galata tower. Numerous small restaurants, galleries, and shops are in the neighbourhood. After climbing to the fifth floor (no elevator) a marvelous view on Bosporus and Golden Horn can be enjoyed. The appartment is freshly renovated; furniture and equipment is brand-new (the door to the kitchen balcony, however, needs to be replaced as it leaks during rain showers....) and was cleaned carefully several times during our stay. which I liked. Only the sould of the mosque to stir me - which I
personally lov - it`s an exciting experience . the hotel, in spite of being small , it was very organized , very clean , staff are so helpful and i think that the fees are fair enough .
another point that i would like to clarify that my booking was for an ordinary room but when i reach the hotel they told me that i will stay in a luxe room coz my room was in use ! this is an experience that i recommend to everyone who intend to travel to istanbul.
