  This is the perfect place to stay. It is located two steps off Istakli, the big walking boulevard in Taksim. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Emre, the smiling red head, speaks English very well; and there is someone who stays awake until all the guests are safely back in the hotel. The rooms are simple, clean, and quiet. Being in Taksim, you are close to everything for shopping, sight seeing, and futbol.

Also it was great to be in an area less touristic than the famous sultanamet and we discovered a lot by just wandering around the beyoglu area. The bed was a tad ont he hard side, but I like it that way, so no problem!
