  3 Bedroom Ensuite Apartment was everything that we were expecting from the photos. The apartment is in an ideal situation for travelling all around Istanbul. Airport transport was organised efficiently making our journey to and from the apartment stress free. She was brilliant giving us lots of imformation about local transport and how to get to various places eff - The location is very good. It is less than one minitue by walking to the tram station. The room is well-arranged which is our favorite type. The staff is nice. They allow us for a very late check out (6:00) because the room is not booked by others . That do us a great favor because our flight is at midnight.

  Excellent facilities at a very good price. Cannnot fault the hotel. Staff were really helping and polite. Room was of a decent size, with all the necesary facilities. The bed was a tad ont he hard side, but I like it that way, so no problem!   Great location. Apartments are a few steps away from Galata tower and 5 min walk to Istiklal street. There are many cafes and restaurants right next to Galata tower. A cab ride to sultanahmet took us 10 mins and 20- 25 lira ( taxi meter better than prenegotiated rate). Manager was very nice and accommodative. Rooms were clean and sofa-bed was comf... wat mensen zeggen » ortable. Almost all amenities included which made things easy especially with young kids. A small grocery store and money exchange in the back street. - The size of the apartment was of a good size of about 36 sq.m with the sofa bed being able to be folded into bed making our stay with the Kids much conveninent. The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to the shopping area of Estiqlal in Taksim and also metro/trump stations. The hospitality of the management was handled with excellent care by Mr. Takin and his team.

  The service at the reception is amazing. They helped us look up times for boat trips, asked how our day was and even organized transportation to the airport when we left. The flat we stayed in was well decorated, nice and roomy. It was on a quite court yard and as the court yard was wide we got sunlight into the apartment.
