Overall hotel was good, clean and located near Kabatas tram station. Most of staff spoke English. Stayed there for 2 days but I was mostly out for sightseeing. Good value for money for tourists. -

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there .

We were there at the time of the Taksim square demonstrations so traffic-wise it was a bit complicated to get in and out. Very very nice location really. Safe and quiet but walking distance to anything one may need. Aircon functionning beautifully so is the wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Flats are huge as compared to a hotel room and have dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, micro even a hydro-tub in bathroom! A mercedes van picked us up and delivered to property. From start to finish, all was haned extremely professionally. Do recommend it to all!

Konak is within a short walk of the Istanbul Congress Centre as well as the subway, tram and Taksim Square. The staff were really helpful and there was usually someone around speaking English. Good breakfast and reasonable restaurant. Very nice bathrooms.
