When I was unhappy with my original room, they went out of their way to upgrade me to a suite, one of 2 rooms left in hotel.   We stayed in a 1bedroom apartment which had separated bedroom, bathroom with waterjet and full kitchen. Overall size was huge by european standards (i suppose over 60 m2) and all went really perfect. Location is very upscale residential and shopping neigborhood but very close to osmanbei metro stop which is only 1 stop from taksim square. Cleanliness of un - Very very nice location really. Safe and quiet but walking distance to anything one may need. Aircon functionning beautifully so is the wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Flats are huge as compared to a hotel room and have dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, micro even a hydro-tub in bathroom! A mercedes van picked us up and delivered to property. From start to finish, all was haned extremely professionally. Do recommend it to all!
