They upgraded me to a suite without me even inquiring. They had cleaning staff come daily to tidy my apartment. (Note: Rooms Galata is located on a steep incline- which I loved for daily excerc - Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again. The atmosphere was super nice, quiet and comfortable and we felt at home from the very 1st second we entered the door where Emir welcomed us. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room.   Very stylish new hotel in a nice district of Istanbul. We stayed for 5 days in the beginning of May, 3 days were hot, and 2 windy and rainy, and it was equally comfortable in the room. We stayed in a standard room: it is not big, but enough space for 2 people with a big suitcase.
