Lovely Staff, nice spa

Cant say the best park hyatt in the world, neither the funniest... pretty fair hotel but not as fancy as the others

Excellent service and staff, clean, specious rooms. Great location.

The wifi is by charge although it is a five stars hotel!

Location is v.good, big room,helpful staf , beautiful decoration & nice atmospher.

house keeping late in doing the room &not good cleaning.

The location is good for shopping. But we still went to levent area for shopping. The best places are Zorlu centre, Akmerkez, Istynia park... Big room , around 45 sq m. Good Turkish cousine restaurant just in front of the hotel.

Just two reception made queue! No fruits in the room when we arrived. And I wanted to pay from credit card from which I made reservation and that was impossible because it was my husband card but he wasn't there ! They said that he need to sign the form. But to feel the form he must to print it , sign, scan and send it. It's quite stupid....
