  I liked almost everything. The staff at the hotel was so nice and friendly that we weren't even charged breakfast. I would certainly recommend it, it also has a great view of the city from a dominant position on the hillside. - It is really nice hotel, good location and it was good stay.

The staff,the hotel itself,the decoration(textiles is my business and even the quality of the fabrics used for the decoration is excellent),the wellness facilities are excellent.   The hotel is really good. Location perceft especially if you go to Uludag mountain. It's on the way. Hamam is really nice and rooms are comfortable. Had a good relax while staying there overnight. - The best thing is hamam build by Imperor Ustinian (ancient Roman Empire). Still working ))

  A true five star experience, the location is some how far from Bursa attractions, but it is easy to reach it by taxi or metro, the rooms are great and spacious, the health club facilities are great. the staff are nice and friendly, the upgraded our room to a bigger one, the breakfast is not bad. - Cleanliness, design, services, friendly staff, bu... wat mensen zeggen » dget-friendly are the least to describe this new hotel. It suites all categories of customers. I am really impressed with all the services that this hotel offered me. I shall certainly stay with my family at this hotel whenever we visit Bursa.

  I have stayed there for a business trip. Hotel stuff were helpful and friendly. They try to perfect their service. If I visit bursa again I know where I will stay now.
