  First of all, this boutique hotel is an amazing value-especially when compared to room prices. We had enjoyed our stay with my girlfriend and felt very much at home. The hosts were extremely hospitable who gave us great recommendations of places to eat and listen to music. The hotel has quite an attractive exterior and interior design.   Gorgeous old building, nicely renovated. Close to main area. New owners were very nice and apologetic as my stay there was during Turkish holidays, so there was loud music very late. They did everything possible to make me comfortable. Room is large and comfortable, the location is great (might be a bit difficult to find for the first time). The staff are friendly and provide good breakfast.

Although 1882 is on a quiet street, it is very close to all the restaurants, bars and shops in the old town. The hosts and staff are very attentive to the needs of their guests. With only four rooms, the hotel and gardens are very intimate.
