  Lives up to its name! We found this little hideaway beach just the best place to stay in Phi Phi. If you want to stay out of the busy tonsai area then this is just the perfect place. The Relax Beach resort has traditional style bungalows on the beach and on the hill looking over the sea. Electricity is provide only from 6pm- 6am which som - The whole resort was extremely picturesque. The orthentic bamboo and wooden bungalows, set within indigenous unspoilt forest,all have beautiful sea views. These were cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff, especially, made a huge impact on us. No request was too great, and they were always happy and smiling, with a willingness to please which went way beyond anything we had experienced.   I felt that Ms. Lee was very nice and helpful...not at all the irate person she has been portrayed to be. The guest house was clean and in a good location..not too far from the pier and mostly away from the loud bars.   I really liked the room that I stayed in. Really comfie. The staff were so friendly,everyday they would greet you with a smile and have a conversation with you. The location is good, close enough to the main street and beach but far away enough so you can sleep at night and not be annoyed with loud music. I would definitely stay here again. I just wanted my own privacy and its exactly what I got. - The location was close enough to the bars and beaches but not so close that you can hear the noise all night. The staff were excellent when you get of the ferry they have a staff member waiting at the pier to collect your bags and transport them up the hill in a cart (there are not cars or Tuk tuks on phi phi) and this is free of charge but tips are gratfully received.

  The resort itself is very nice, the cottage / appartment is clean (they clean it every day if you request it), we chose the air conditioned one, which we fully reccoment, because of the tropical weather. The fan is not enough. At the beggining of your stay the staff seemed to be unfriendly, but later on, they became to be nice and helpful. But cou... wat mensen zeggen » ld be better.. Breakfast is good (you can choose between 3 options), but every day the same. We stayed 6 nights and when I sum it up, it was very nice - Tree houses were quality, on a steep hill but great value.   Everything! This resort is amazing! I was there with a friend and we had the bungalow just in front of the sea. The staff is helpful and really really nice! During my stay I get sick and they took care of me like a family. The restaurant is good. Bungalows are clean and comfortable. I absolutely recommend this place!!!! - Very nice and quiet, beautiful snorkeling close to the bungalows on the beach. Option to sleep a bit luxurious in the villa's a bit further from the beach.   I loved our stay at phi phi sunset. We checked in at phi phi inn on the main beach, then about 30 minutes later we were on the long tail boat to the other side of the beach. The staff at both locations were very friendly and helpful. The staff at sunset resort was very friendly and helpful as well but his English wasn't so good. The view was unbel... wat mensen zeggen » ievable, we could have sat out there all day. It's a ver basic room and you have to remember you're in the woods not a luxury resort. We only stayed o - The location is amazing, our bungalow was ready before check in time. It was clean and the view is just priceless! The boat trip was free till 10 pm Breakfast was somehow included even if not mentioned in the booking We had a great stay at the resort and would recommend it to friends and family!
