  The staff was extremely helpful with every need. I am disabled and travel with a medium sized Service Dog. This is unusual in Thailand, but they were wonderful. When I lost my camera. They found it and brought it to me, even though there was no longer room available for me at their hotel.

  Our flights were rescheduled with airasia which meant we needed to stay somewhere neer Krabi airport for one night and we chose this hotel away from the Main Street but knew there was a free shuttle bus every hour (takes 5-10 mins) which allowed us to stay in tranquility with cliff views and head to the main area where we could get the 15 min boat... wat mensen zeggen » to railay and then enjoy the many bars on the evening. We arrived at 11am and the very helpful receptionist kept our bags and directed up to the pool - Very nice location, comfortable bungalow, although mine was not one of the best.Relaxing jungle,surrounded by the green cliff,far from the noisy Ao Nang. They provide a shuttle wich takes 4 minutes to get to the beach. Very nice pool area,cheap restaurant, nice breakfast. Staff provide anything you my need.I Made a mistake with my reservation and Bee helped me to solve that! Good wifi connection in the restaurant area (not in the pool, not in the rooms). I checked out late in the afternoon and

  Very nice hotel, good location, near to restaurant, pharmacy, tour agency and market. If u want to go krabi town area, There is a bus stop opposite the hotel. - It's in a perfect location near by the sea and market with quite environment. The staff very nice to tourist's and it's price is reasonable for staying.

  Right at the beach. Breakfast was good as well. It's a quiet place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a big resort, filled with almost exclusively Swedish families who are obviously staying here for awhile.   The rooms were fantastic and had alot of privacy. We had the standard chalet with a garden view which had a balcony also. The staff were so helpful and friendly and offered their advice before we went on trips.There was a variety for breakfast to choose from and the main meals were brilliant! The pool was nice but even in low season they ran out o... wat mensen zeggen » f sun loungers which was a problem. The beach is at the back of the resort only 3 minute walk. The wifi was great and we even got our laundry done whi - This hotel was very good in terms of staff, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, value for money and location, The two elderly ladies who were probably the owners were very courteous and kept track of all the guests personally on a daily basis during our stay. Though the in-house restaurant was closed during our stay we did enjoy a good breakfast every morning, which was included in the tariff. The staff also helped us with information on and booking of local tours and hiring scooters.

  This hotel was very central, but was far enough away from the noise of the bars. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. - Nice and clean room and good location(if you want to be on the non party part of the island). The pool area was nice and a lot of resturants close by.

  Great location - close to beautifull beach. Wery friendly staff in this familly hotel (Thank you Jan :) ). Nice - big pool for kids and adults. - clean and nice room there, friendly staffs, good swimming pool~ we all enjoyed it!

  FIrst off, the pool was amazing. This makes up for the fact that the beach is a taxi-ride/motorbike ride away. Is is open 24 hours and is delicious in the heat. The staff are extremely helpful. On our last day the shuttle for the ferry did not turn up. The lady at reception called up numerous times and we were eventually picked up and made the fer... wat mensen zeggen » ry to Lanta. This would not have been possible without her kind help. The fan room was comfortable and clean. It is close to Seven-Eleven stores and - The garden, the pool, the wifi, the fact that it's situated 2 km from the centre so you can relax. Warm shower with good waterpressure.
