The hotel had excellent facilities were extremely clean and very luxurious! Only negative thing I could say is location. Couldn't walk to beach as got lost until you find your bearings and staying only 3 nights isn't long enough. As for resort itself would never return Thailand has such better places to visit -

Fantastic service, we came with a wheelchair and had two high steps down to our pool site room, (our own fault and as we didn't ask before we came), so we just had to carry the person and wheelchair up and down, but to our big surprise, and without asking, the manager send a worker down and 3 hours after we arrived a concrete ramp was build, and r

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a nice part of town. It was a very short walk to Jomtien Beach. The food was very good and our room looked exactly like it did in the picture.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The rooms are huge (we stayed in the Queen room), clean, have 2 toilets, and a kitchen. There was plenty of space for our family, which we enjoyed. The pool was pretty average, but does overlook the ocean. My kids liked watching cartoons :) -

We have stayed here more then ten times. The hotel iss ageing but we come ffor the location and the stff. Thee hotel is out off the sleezy area and is surrounded by nice gardens and a 9 hole golf course. It has a great pool and very reasonable meals. Our greatest attraaction is the staff. Theye make you feel at home and aare just great -

This hotel is really design and rooms are confortables. Breakfast were good and proposed a variety of choice. Staff was kind and willing to help but did not speak a good english, which is kind of surprising for such a tourist destination. -

I rooms were really clean and spacious, with sunlight streaming in during the day, we also had our very own pool which was great, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly (unlike the other hotels I stayed at). the location suited us to perfection, with the beach close by and other major attractions a mere ride away.

I was pleasant to been there. We with my children and mother were fully satisfied. There are very beatiful flat, swiming pool, nice staff and owners. It was very fascinating view from balcony on the sea and Pattaya Tower. There was trainer scier (fitness simulator). It wqs really thougt until perfection. If I will ever stay in Pattaya I surelly choose this place. Thanks for owners very much . We have relaxed very comfartable and pleasant.

I liked everything, all new furniture and TV, the bed is awesome and the rooms are super clean, everyday. Staff and management are fantastic and very helpful. only a short walk 30 metres to the transport and very close to the beach and the bars.
I will be back here next time i go to Pattaya. Never stayed in a better 3 star more like 5 star.
