The hotel is located on a hill away from the noise of Pattaya beach. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view, although nice, was different from what was advertised as several tall buildings obstruct some of it. NO HOT WATER. When asked to be fixed after the first night, the staff gave an indifferent nod. When not fixed by evening of the second night, the staff admitted that the mechanic would not come until after the new year. No hot water for the duration of my 3 night stay. When I asked for wifi, I was given a sheet of 20 expired login/passwords and told to try each one. None worked so the staff finally (grudgingly) gave me the real one.
