Please note that room rates are inclusive of cleaning services (3 times/week), water usage and up to 55 units of electricity consumption. Any exceeding consumption will be charged at THB 5 per one electrical unit. Please note that the villa is located in a peaceful area. Noise disturbances from gathering activities must be kept minimum at all times. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
